Team Building

Mission: To provide an enjoyable and rewarding afternoon for a client whose staff had worked extremely hard on a recent high priority and fundamental project. The Manager wanted the event to be fun and varied however he also wanted our team to assess through analysis and feedback the best team players so that they could be further rewarded.

Accomplished: We suggested Pick & Mix team building where the client could select a diverse range of team focused games and activities that would enable each group member to showcase their strengths, be it our team ski game where natural leaders come to the fore and create a rhythm in order to direct the group, or our catapult task where the team have to design and create a working catapult contraption with only the materials provided to shoot several balls into a fenced off area in the allotted time. There were six activities and each one tested a number of skills and allowed us to identify who were the standout team performers on the day. With our trained facilitators onsite we were able to provide analysis to distinguish each individuals strengths in the tasks and feed our findings and results back to the client.
