Mission: To design and deliver a bespoke Generation Game event for a group of 30 mixed English and French guests. The organiser and half of the group were from a major supermarket magazine, however the rest of their attendees were their clients who they wished to provide corporate entertainment for. The event needed to be enjoyable, light-hearted and translate well to different nationalities and also those unfamiliar with the game show's premise. The client also specified that they wished to include some food based skill rounds as part of the activities.
Accomplished: We created a whole range of food based expert rounds for the client to choose from, including popcorn making, candyfloss making, canapé making, wine tasting and even ice cream making, of which they opted for the canapé task. We re-worked the opening quiz specifically for an international group and took the non-food activities outdoors in the sun to heighten the fun element of the day. All challenges were marked on humour and effort put into the task rather than strict attainment and the guests all had a fantastic time! The client commented that it was the best team building event that they’d ever done as we delivered an event which achieved their objectives perfectly.
