A simple, yet highly entertaining and motivating session! Using inflated black bin liners, your group will work together to orchestrate a brilliant bag beat. One group will create the simple bass pulse, the next group will create the "reggae line", then finally to complete the bag band, we will have one group creating their own bass rhythm. Altogether, this will generate an amazing sound and a very entertaining energiser. Led by our rhythm specialists, this energiser requires little set up, a surprising sound outcome and guaranteed enjoyment from all delegates!
